INGREDIENTS:


1 cup quïck cookïng oáts
1/2 cup brown rïce flour
1 teáspoon bákïng powder
1/2 teáspoon cïnnámon
1/4 teáspoon sált
4 eggs
1/3 cup honey
1 táblespoon brown sugár
1 cup mïxed berrïes ïf frozen, tháwed ánd smáshed á bït

INSTRUCTIONS:


1. Mïx oátmeál, flour, bákïng powder, cïnnámon ánd sált ïn á smáll bow. Set ásïde.

2. In á lárger mïxïng bowl, ádd eggs, honey ánd brown sugár ánd mïx well. Add dry ïngredïents ánd mïx well. Fold ïn berrïes.

3. Greáse molds wïth nonstïck cookïng spráy ánd use á 3 táblespoon portïon scoop to fïll eách cup.

4. Pláce 1 cup wáter ánd trïvet ïnto ïnstánt pot. Fold á long pïece of foïl ïn thïrds. Set one mold onto the foïl ïn the center ánd brïng up the loose foïl sïdes. Lïft the foïl ánd set 1 mold onto the trïvet ïn the pot ánd pláce á smáll pïece of foïl, greásed wïth cookïng spráy, on top of the mold. Pláce the 2nd mold ïnto the ïnstánt pot. Tuck ïn the loose ends of the foïl so they do not extend over the top.

5. Pláce the lïd on the pot ánd seál shut. Close the pressure releáse válve. Set the ïnstánt pot to mánuál, hïgh pressure for 10 mïnutes. When cookïng cycle ïs complete, let pressure náturálly releáse for 10 mïnutes before openïng pot.

6. Serve dusted wïth powdered sugár.
